We deliver our products worldwide, carefully packed, by UPS International courier.
During the check out process, once the shipping address is inserted, shipping cost is calculated according to packaging weight and volume.

Shipment Delivery Times*
If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in :
3/5 Days in Europe (not including customs formalities)
7/10 Day United States/ Australia
10/15 Days in the rest of the world (not including customs formalities)
When the items are not in stock, waiting time can be 1-4 weeks to 60 days, it dipends from the artwork.
All our glass goods are carefully packed.The fragility of objects compels to take care of the packaging process. Each object is hand-packed and placed in protective boxes to arrive intact to the customer
RETURN & REFUND
Only authorized returns will be accepted.
We do not refund for incorrect, mistaken or custom orders.
Due to the traditional handcrafting, colors of the pictures may slightly differ from the real ones.
The dimensions specified are not inclusive of chain drop and ceiling fittings.
DUTIES OF THE CUSTOMER
When the courrier deliver the package:
- Check immediately if the packaging is demaged from outside
- Open the box and check if everything is ok.
- Report any damage within the first 24 hours from the delivery date. Please, email us at email@example.com with your order number and a mobile photo of the item’s condition. We address on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Customer is responsible for any foreign duties, if any.
